  • Memorial Health System: CareNet, INet/IView, HAF, I/O 2G
    • Role was to support the completion of the build for CareNet 2005 code , before moving to 2007
    • Responsible for completing in excess of 300 open issues in the design and build of clinical documentation as well as the design of multiple new Bands and sections for IView/INet
    • In addition, assisted in troubleshooting any issues in relation to documentation and restricting needed in live production
    • Assisted in helping client identify layout and reorganization of content based on workflow and needs of specific positions within the organization
  • Carolinas Medical System: FirstNet, CareNet.
    • Participated in the workload build for the Respiratory Care department at multiple facilities, as well as completing the build for orders for the Respiratory Care department at multiple facilities
    • Participated in the design, build, testing and implementation of FirstNet at 5 sites
    • Developed go-live job aides for FirstNet, CareNet: Orders and ClinDoc
    • Assisted Medical Director in creation of standardized diagnosis categories based on their Emergency Department documentation
    • Conversion support during go-live of CareNet for three sites
    • Conversion support during go-live for FirstNet for five sites

    • Provided leadership, knowledge and skills to client project specifically with multi-facility implementations of an Electronic Patient Record across the multi-facility enterprise; as a member of the Orders, Clin Doc, and CPOE teams was responsible for the design , build, and roll out of the Millennium Clinical Documentation and Order Management System examples of design and build tasks included building of specialty tabs and flow sheets, creation of smart templates for the chart view tab, creation of custom CCL for clinical note templates, creation of the Intake & Output tab, creation of event code uploads, setting up shifts and timeframes, and creation and testing of a multitude of PowerForms for multiple departments
