“When I decided to put my resume out on Monster, CareerBuilder, and a couple of other job Web pages…I received 52 calls in 2 days. All were pretty standard sales pitches…then I received a call from HPG who simply said, “When you are ready to talk to us, let me know and give me a call.” That was all that was said.
